KIT #8 INFORMATION:

HO scale Granville Lumber includes the Main Building with a small Addition, Lumber Rack, Storage Shed and Wood Shop.  The footprint is flexible and the 4 buildings can be arranged as needed to fit your space.

Footprint sizes for the buildings:

     Main Building is 8″ x 2 1/2″ (the Addition is 5 1/4″ x 1 1/2″)

     Lumber Rack is 7 1/2″ x 2″

     Storage Shed is 5 7/8″ x 1 3/4″

     Wood Shop is 3″ x 1 3/4″

The buildings feature laser cut walls and floors, laser cut framing for the Lumber Rack and Wood Shop, laser cut Storage Shed floor supports, signage, windows and doors, peel and stick shingles, plus additional roofing material

Numerous details complete the scene, including 3D printed wood shop equipment, scale lumber and plywood sheets

Well-written and thorough instructions, plus many pictures included in the instructions

KIT #8 BACKGROUND:

The lumber yard is an integral business in just about every city and town.  Building supplies of all kinds can be purchased by the contractor or do-it-yourself builder.  Any number of freight cars bring in wood, shingles, windows and doors, plus numerous other building products for the community.  Typically, the rail spur comes right into the lumber yard, between the buildings, so unloading can go quickly.

Kit includes everything needed to build the structure, including detail castings as shown.  It does not include scenery, figures, vehicles, freight cars, glue, paint, trackwork and benchwork.
